Installation and Commissioning

How to Use
1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch.
2. Adjust the power knob, divided into coarse adjustment and fine adjustment. The scale value can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the work requirements.
3. Hold the workpiece with tweezers. The workpiece interface is aligned with the tungsten needle (the optimal distance is 5mm) and the workpiece cannot be touched.
4. Step on the foot switch with your foot. (Remove the foot). Spot welding is completed.
Precautions
1. The foot can’t step on the foot switch for a long time, and remove it immediately after stepping on it.If the switch is stepped on for a long time, the machine is in a short circuit state, which will burn the internal circuit.
2. This machine is precision, please use it.
3. The flash is harmful to the eyes, please take protective measures when using it.
4 When stepping on the foot switch, do not touch the metal part of the tungsten needle and tweezers at the same time, otherwise there will be a needle sensation.
