Return Policy 

1. If you receive the item under problem, please kindly notify us within 7days with pictures. We will try to solve the problem with you.

2. If you tried every methods we offer, but still can not solve the problem. We may have to replacement, please send the bad item back to us via your local post office air mail (NOT accpet DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT). When the tracking number online, we will send you brand new one.

3.We will give you some discount for your next order or send you randomly gift to reduce your return cost.

4. If you want to return the item for no reason, the returning shipping cost will be yours. Once we receive your returning unit, we will investigate the unit within 7days. Then we will send you partial payment you’ve made. We will take away the shipping cost we’ve sent you. Please kindly understand.
