Description

It can be used as a light shutter (to cycle light at a set frequency). It is a variable attenuator (to dynamically control the intensity of transmitted light). Acousto-optic modulators can be divided into free-space acousto-optic modulators and fiber-coupled acousto-optic modulators.

Some of the specifications like : the modulation speed, wavelength, beam diameter, and extinction ratio … can be customized according to customers’ requirements.

The connection mode of the fiber end of the fiber-coupled acousto-optic modulator can adopt bare fiber, FC/PC or FC/APC connectors.
