Description
The laser diode is packaged in a 7070 pedestal using a VCSEL chip. The surface is made of imported silicone flat-panel package, which does not change the illumination angle and light intensity distribution of the chip. Compared with the traditional package, the height is reduced, making the package more compact and adapting to a wider range.
The laser diode has an electro-optic conversion efficiency of up to 40%, so the heat is low, and the 7060 package base is used for high reliability. Because of the array illumination, the optical power density is relatively low and the safety is higher under the same power; it is suitable for the automobile. Night vision, night vision, laser ranging and radar, and intelligent terminal control, machine vision and robot control in industrial automation; because of its GHz modulation frequency and high power, it can be used in space optical communication.
