Explain
The laser diode is packaged by VCSEL chip and aluminum nitride ceramic substrate. The surface of the chip is encapsulated by imported silicone gel, which does not change the luminous angle and light intensity distribution of the chip. Compared with traditional packaging, it reduces the height, makes the package more compact and has a wider range of applications.
The electro-optic conversion efficiency of the laser diode is as high as 40%, so the heating is low, and the AlN encapsulation base is adopted, so the reliability is high; because of the array luminescence, the optical power density is relatively low and the security is higher under the same power condition; it is suitable for automobile night vision, monitoring night vision, laser ranging and radar and intelligent terminal control. Machine vision and robot control in industrial automation; because it has GHz modulation frequency and high power, it can be used in space optical communication.
