CR120/150 laser installation:

1. Open the packing box and check for obvious transportation damage;

2. Connect the cooling water system and connect the water flow switch to ensure that the water flow is not less than 6 liters/min; check the water

Road to ensure no water leakage;

3. Use the shortest copper cable not less than 8mm2 to connect the laser and 48VDC power supply;

4. Connect the control signal to the laser through DB25;

5. Place a light barrier or power meter in front of the laser to safely block the laser light path;

6. Turn on the PWM signal and the laser will output laser light.

Power Selection and Connection:

The DC switching power supply selected by the customer must meet the requirements of the CR120/150 laser, with a voltage of 48V and a current of not less than 62A. The wiring between the power supply and the laser must not be reversed, otherwise the laser RF power supply will be damaged.

Control Signal Connection:

1. The external control signal of CR120/150 laser is connected through the DB25 connector on the rear panel of the laser.

PIN3 and PIN15 are short-circuited and can be used as a switch. PIN7 is connected to PWM signal, and PIN20 is connected to PWM signal ground.

2. The duty ratio of CR120/150 laser input signal cannot exceed 60%, adjust the PWM signal duty

Ratio can control the laser output power. The signal duty cycle exceeding 60% will damage the laser.
