100W Laser Power Supply Main Feature:

1、Adopting zero current half-bridge soft switch circuit, the power supply is featured by high efficiency and rapid response, and easy to match laser tubes of manufacturers.

2、It has simple port control, fits high and low level signals, can control laser start and stop through TTL level, and is equipped with abnormal protection switch to detect if there is water or ventilation outside.

3、Laser power can be regulated by inputting 0-5V simulation signal or inputting PWM signal.

4、The power supply has open circuit protection function: Under the condition of good earthing protection, the power supply can work in open circuit in short time, and then it can avoid the damage caused by laser tube cracking.

5、Ex-factory aging test : Each power supply can undergo a 12h aging test at high temperature of 60ºC on full load, and 500 times of 7sec power-on/off tests.

 

Power Supply for Laser Engraving Machines

1.The power supply adopts zero-current half-bridge soft switching circuit, featuring high efficiency, fast response and easy matching for laser tubes produced by various manufacturers.

2.Its ports can be controlled simply, easy to be equipped with machines and match the board signals. Meanwhile, it has an additional abnormal prevention switch for testing external water supply, ventilation, etc.

3.The laser power can be adjusted by entering either 0 to 5V analog signals or PWM signals.

4.The power supply has open circuit protection function: under the well-grounding circumstances, it can work under open circuit state within short term to avoid laser power supply damages caused by laser tube burst. Meanwhile, it can output 24V and 25V, convenient for facility installation and commissioning

5.Ex-factory Aging Test: Each power supply should go through 12-hour, 60℃ high temperature aging test under full load with 500 times power supply switches in 7 seconds.
