SDDC Series DFBLaser driver board, compact design, integrated with LD driver and TEC high precision temperature control, supports two different pin definitions of DFB lasers in communication industry and industrial laser industry, is an ideal driver for DFB lasers. The maximum current of the LD driving part of the driving board can reach 2A, with analog and modulation signal interface, and the modulation speed of analog can be from 100kHz to CW. The design precision of LD temperature control part can reach 0.01 degree.The parameters of the board can be set according to customer’s requirements, including rated current, default setting temperature, andTECRated current and voltage.
