Thorlabs provides a variety of test targets for calibration of distances in imaging systems. All of our targets are made by vacuum sputtering of low refractive index chromium on the sodium calcium glass substrate. Each target pattern is made by lithography, making the edge feature resolution up to about 1 µ m。
