The TL-A4 is the latest generation of laser engraving and cutting motion control system. Based on 4.3-inch colorful screen design, it has faster and more stable network and USB transmission capability. Support 4-axis motion control and 2-way laser control. Equipped with laser engraving and cutting software AutoLaser, support CorelDraw, AutoCAD, Illustrator export menu. Support custom development.

The main features of the Control System:

3. Equipped with 4.3″,480×272 LCD;

4. Support 4axes motor control (X, Y axis used for horizontal motion, Z axis used for rotary cutter lift or synchronous double-head movement (double-head bidirectional movement model) , U axis for feeding or platform lift; motor shaft pulse frequency can be as high as 166KHz;

5. Adopt 7-segmentS-shape acceleration and deceleration and adaptive speed planning algorithm, and support speed parametersetting and small circle speed limit with onebutton; different cutting parameters available for different graphics; supportbacklash compensation;

6. Support 2 lasers’ control, TTL electrical level, adjustable output voltage of laser control: 0~5V, adjustable PWM output: 1K~100K, adjustable duty cycle: 0~100%;

7. Support USB2.0 interface, support USB communication to computer, supportreading and writing of U disk;

8. Support 100Mbps network transmission rate;

9. Support real-time clock, machine lock;

10. Support double-head bidirectional movement models, including mode of doublehead on singlebelt, mode of doublehead on doublebelt;

11. Support rotary cutting, marked-positioning cutting, rotating cutting height compensation, pressure feeding roller control;

Support track preview, continuous engraving after poweroff, real-time correction of power light intensity and speed during work, rotary engraving, switching of 2 platforms, split feeding, pressure feeding, automatic blowing, auto focus, foot switch, safety protection, upgrade, processing statistical information and other functions;
