DIY engraving machine uses a 445nm 2500mW blue laser module with pulse width modulation of 2.54-3P
Features:
– Eleks Maker EL01-2500 laser module, exquisite craftsmanship and elegant blue appearance.
– 445nm 2500mW focusable blue laser module with PWM function for controlled laser power.
– Blue electroplated aircraft aluminum heatsink with cooling fan ensures continuous long-term operation.
– Equipped with a constant current driver board, ensuring stable output light power, low heat generation, no external driver board required, and easy to use.
– XH2.54-3P 3-pin connector, PWM modulation, suitable for use with laser engraving machines.
* There is a button on the driver board to control the low-light mode on/off.
– Pressing it switches the module to low-light mode, where the laser emission weakens and cannot penetrate the material. This can be used for positioning as preparation before engraving.
– Pressing it again returns it to normal engraving mode, where the laser works powerfully on the material.
Applications:
– Can cut and engrave: 3mm bass wood, dark KT board, 300gsm cardboard, 250gsm kraft paper, non-woven fabric, leather, plastic (more materials need testing.)
– Can engrave: High-density solid wood, MDF, PCB, paper, bamboo, stone, arcylic (marked black engraving area)
– Cannot engrave: Stainless steel, stone, ceramic, glass, reflective or transparent materials.
Caution:
1. Wear laser safety goggles during use to avoid direct laser contact with eyes and skin! Keep away from children and pets.
2. Typically used with Eleks Maker® laser engraving machines, requiring a 3-pin connector cable to connect to the Eleks Maker board. This product comes with the cable, which is also suitable for your A3 machine.
3. Note that the laser module should not be used for more than half an hour at a time; please wait for it to cool down before continuing to work.
4. The laser module is under warranty for one month. If you have any quality issues (except in rare cases, such as damage caused by using the laser module for more than 30 minutes at a time), please feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance.
