The laser marking controller have 2 kinds. One is for fiber laser marking machine while another is for CO2 laser marking machine.  Please choose the controller according to your machine.

Laser Marking cards enables real-time control of scan system and lasers over a standard USB host interface. Customers can integrate complete machinery easily over the EzCad Card due to its compactness and I/O capabilities. are used for laser marking equipment. The PCI bus and USB form, through the interface to communicate with the host computer.

128 Kbyte program and data memory

64 Kbyte SRAM for USB data buffering

1, mainly used galvanometer laser marking system;

2, hardware data processing speed, high precision;

3, support for switching YAG/CO2/IPG way marking the PWM signal can be sent to support overseas all RF excitation laser tube; 4, support for high-speed high-precision Darts function

5, two 16-bit analog output is used to control high-speed galvanometer; output voltage can be customized. (Typical values: ± 3.3v, ± 5v, ± 10v)

6, all the way to 0 ~ 5V analog output is used to adjust the frequency Q

7, all the way to 0 ~ 9.5V analog output is used to adjust the pump supply current

8, all the way TTL signal (LASER) is used to control the laser switch

9, all the way TTL signal (PWM) for outputting the modulated signal

10, two-way direction / pulse signal, can control two stepper motor / servo motor
