A40 Series（Backside, No oil filled）

A40 series are designed for low cost, high precesion OEM applications,the silicon sensing element was packaged in a solid ceramic housing, the media measured only contact with the backside of the silicon die, which can be compatible with not only gases but also non-agressive fluids.
Each sensor was strictly temperature compensated for both zero and span.
