1550 nm laser diode – CW or Pulsed – DFB or Bragg up to 400 mW singlemode or 15 W multimode
The DFB 1550 nm laser diodes can reach high power in nanosecond pulse regime up to 500mW. Most Turn-key diode + driver solutions are optimized from single-shot to CW performances with pulse duration down to 1 nanosecond. The 1550nm laser diode precision pulses are generated internally by an on-board pulse generator, or on demand from an external TTL signal. It becomes easy to generate complex burst shapes.
Wavelength: 1550nm or select the wavelength you need between 1260 and 1650nm (Most 1310, 1550 and 1650nm models are in stock)
9 models: 8 single frequency DFB models (3 models with ultra-narrow linewidth) – with mode hop free performance and continuous tuning, 1 Bragg grating based with >400mW CW power and 1 multimode models with up to 15W in a 105µm/NA=0.22 fiber.
All 1550nm laser diode versions are fiber-coupled and all DFB versions include an isolator (special versions without isolator are also available on demand)
All DFB butterfly models are ultra-low noise with RIN of less than -155dBc/Hz
The wavelength of the DFB models can be precisely set to 1550.0±0.5nm (contact up for such need)
Up to 400mW CW singlemode (this particular high power model only available up to 1500nm)
Down to 1ns pulse width
Up to 15W multimode
Low noise CW emission
